I tried to ride in the W.Va. MS 150 last year and had an MS exacerbation that put me off my bike for the better part of six months. So, I sit with envy this year reading about everyone training. :] By the way! Love your pics and your 'bent! I have an EZ1-AX. Getting tempted to put adult training wheels on it so I can ride again.
