I'm surprised with the timing mostly - they had to have been working on their findings for a while and yet, they announce this the day of the race preventing the riders and teams from petitioning and any additional fact finding. There's no time for that. The timing appears very intentional in an effort to prevent any possibility of these riders from competing regardless of their innocence or guilt. No kidding!
