I have a Jeep Wrangler and the headlights short out but they come back on after awhile. Everyone I have talked to that have Jeeps and work on Jeeps say they have problems with headlights. It's just one of those glitches that happens in all Jeeps. :/ I would suggest redoing the wiring, it may not be the headlights at all ut the wiring to them. Welcome to the world of Jeeps. The picture makes me want to go exploring! Make sure you don't touch the glass of the bulb (maybe you already know) because the oil from your hands can shorten the bulb's life. Dang, that’s no fun.
